iPhones have a Private MAC address feature so have two separate MAC addresses, a generic system MAC address and a MAC address specific to the wireless network you are connected to. If we have not specified which one we need please provide both.

  2. Tap on Wi-Fi.

  3. Tap the info button (i) next to the Pine Media wireless network you’re connected to.

  4. Here you can see the Private Address field. This is your device’s private MAC address for this specific network.

Windows:

  1. Open Settings by pressing Windows+i on your keyboard.
