We kindly ask that the router we've provided for use with our services is returned to us once you've cancelled and those services have ceased.
You're welcome to return the router in-person or via post, whichever is more convenient for you.
Our office is open weekdays 9am-5pm; the address is Unit 3, Parkwood Business Park, 75 Parkwood Road, Sheffield, S3 8AL.
The postal address is the same as above. If you require a pre-paid postage label to return your router, just let us know and we'll be happy to send one over 😃
