We require 30 days notice in order to process a cancellation.

First, you'll need to get in touch to inform us of your intent to cancel. We'll then send you over an email with a cancellation request form.

Once you've completed this form, we'll be able to initiate your 30 days notice of cancellation period, at the end of which your cancellation will be processed.

It's really important that you let us know that you no longer want to receive our services. Otherwise, they'll remain active and you'll continue to be billed until we do hear from you.
