No problem! You can find the current speed options and pricing on our website - just get in touch to let us know which you're looking to upgrade to.

Once we've confirmed your request, the upgrade should be processed within 24 hours. You may need to update your router in order to see the revised speeds.

You won't need to pay an extra activation fee for the upgrade; your next scheduled bill will reflect the adjusted costs.
