You can check on our website if we're able to provide our services to your new property.

As contracts are tied to the address as well as the account holder, we'd ask that you request to cancel your current contract, and place a fresh order for your new address through our website.

We'll be able to transfer any months remaining on your current contract over to your new one, so you won't be charged for these as an early termination fee. We can also credit your account for any overlap in service.

Depending on whether we've already provided to the new address, an installation may be necessary. Either way, you can take your router with you when you move.
