Your billing will commence once your service goes live. Usually, this is the date of your installation.
You'll then continue to be billed on the same date each month. So, if you receive your first bill on the 7th of November, you'll next be billed on the 7th of December and so on.
Depending on which payment method you use, your bank account may receive the charge itself a number of days later than this date.
Unfortunately, we can't make any changes to your payment date.
